This is the T-shirt of the eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025
For its 35th edition, Barcelona’s Half-Marathon T-shirt is once again Brooks and its design is inspired by one of the most emblematic works of the Catalan artist Joan Miró.
The eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025 is a running party where everyone is welcome. For this reason, and coinciding with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Fundació Joan Miró, the design of the T-shirt for the next edition of Barcelona’s half-marathon is inspired by the ceramic mural in Terminal 2B of Barcelona Airport (1970). The work that the Catalan artist placed in the right place to welcome all those people who come or return to Barcelona.
On 16 February the eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025, having broken its registration record for the second consecutive year with 30,000 runners, will colour the streets of the Catalan capital with the inspiration of Joan Miró. A historic milestone that the organisers of this race, characterised by its festive atmosphere and its strong link with its own city, want to celebrate with this tribute to local culture in the form of a T-shirt in its next edition.
A fusion between sport and culture from an avant-garde perspective and in an international and multicultural atmosphere, as already happened in this same race in 2024, with the T-shirt and medal inspired by Antoni Gaudí. A look that reflects the spirit of Barcelona’s modernism, whose artists, with their works, have expanded the disruptive and alternative perspective from Barcelona to the rest of the world.
