In accordance with current legislation on personal data protection, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed by the City Council of Barcelona for the purpose of managing your registration for the Mitja Marató de Barcelona (processing code 0639 – Sporting events in the public space organised by IBE). We also inform you that your data will be processed by the organiser of the sporting event, UTE ASO RPM, which will act as data processor and always under the guidelines of the data controller, the City Council of Barcelona, in order to manage your participation in the event and for the purposes specified in the Rules (hereinafter the “Organiser”).
Information on the Organiser’s data processing:
When users provide personal data through the registration forms for events/activities managed by the Organiser through the forms made available, their personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
I. When personal data is provided through the contact form, the purpose is to respond to users’ requests. To this end, your personal data will be kept for the duration of the management of your query, and even afterwards, until the lapse of any liabilities arising from it.
II. When users provide personal data through registration forms for the Mitja Marató de Barcelona, the purpose is to manage and process their participation. To this end, your data will be kept for the duration of the event/activity in which you register and, once the event/activity ends, for the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from it.
III. Likewise, if you subscribe to receive commercial communications from the organisers of this event, your data will also be passed on to UTE ASO RPM:

You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting the addresses indicated above for each entity, as well as in each email you receive in the “unsubscribe” section.
Unless you revoke your consent, the above storage periods for personal data will apply and it is your responsibility to keep your personal data up to date.
The legitimate bases for the processing of your data are as follows:

II.- Users’ express consent to send commercial communications from the organisers of this event. You may revoke your consent at any time, in the case of Amaury Sport Organisation by writing to the email address contact@aso.fr and, in the case of RPM RACING, S.L., by writing to dpo@rpmsports.es.
III.- The Organiser’s legitimate interest to inform about the event managed by the UTE.

In this regard, users are informed that their personal identification data and their position in the final result of the sporting event will be published on the website www.edreamsmitjabarcelona.es, its social networks, through collaborating entities, as well as in the media.

When users provide personal data of family members, friends, partners or any other third parties related to the users, they must undertake to inform them of this privacy policy and in general of the terms set out herein and obtain the consent of those third parties for the processing of their personal data.
The Organiser has implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the current technology available, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
