The eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025 has sold more than 20,000 bibs four months and a half before the race
This Barcelona’s race aims to reach 30,000 registrations and make a sold out in the middle of November in its 35th edition, reaching this number of registrations two months earlier than in 2024.
21,477 in 2023, 28,000 in 2024 and on the way to 30,000 registrations by 16 February. This is how the progression of last years about the number of numbers sold for the eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025 has evolved, which, with four and a half months to go until the race, has already surpassed 20,000 registrations for its 35th edition. It has also reached this figure two months earlier than in the previous edition, which for the moment holds the record of participation in this race, and has already filled 70% of the total quota of the race.
This year, Barcelona’s half-marathon has become the most crowded half-marathon in the country, surpassing Valencia and Behobia (although the distance of the race in San Sebastián is not official) with 28,000 runners. And it is still on course to increase the figure of the national record as the 21K with the most participants in Spain and the second largest in Europe, hoping from the organization to sell out the 30,000 numbers available for the middle of November.
