La eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025 breaks its participation record for second consecutive year and closes registrations with 30,000 bibs sold 

Barcelona’s half marathon repeats for a second year as the biggest 21.097 km race in Spain and the second biggest in Europe

For its 35th edition, the eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025 has closed registrations with 30,000 bibs sold. Organised by the Barcelona City Council and RPM SPORTS, this race has reached sold out four months before its celebration on February 16, two months earlier than it did for 2024.

A figure that beats the participation record of the race for a second consecutive year, set so far this 2024 with 28,235 participants, and that exceeds by more than 2,000 the total registrations of the 2024 edition. Thus, the eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks 2025 repeats for the second year as the half marathon with more runners in Spain and the second one with more participants in Europe, only behind the half marathon of Berlin (Germany).
