Training Guidelines

The technical direction of the Mitja Marató has designed a plan of training of 11 weeks to help you to reach your objective in La Mitja. These trainings have been supervised by experts in physical preparation and running . You can find 3 different trainings depending on the time in which you want to finish the Mitja (Under 1h25, Under 1h40, 2h).
