You will find training plans on the official website of the eDreams Mitja Marató de Barcelona.
With the aim of helping you up to February 16 and so that you can take on the race in the best possible form, the technical team of the Barcelona half-marathon has designed an 11-week training plan. You will find three different paces: sub-1’25”, sub-1’40” y sub-2’.
Starting in December and ending in the week before the race, you will find guidelines that are designed bearing in mind that each runner should adapt his/her training to particular needs and physical condition.
